Facility/equipment: Cardio area with treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes and modified equipment. Free weights, weight machines, resistance tubes and bands, exercise balls and various training equipment specifically for clients in post therapy personal training. Group exercise studio, pool for aquatic therapy and water classes and more.

Classes: Included with monthly membership: total body toning, stretching, Zumba and aerobic classes. Specialty classes for an additional fee: yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Les Mills Body Pump.

Culture: Laid-back, welcoming environment void of intimidation. A hospital-based, medically directed facility (safety is a top priority). Personal trainers and exercise specialists are on the fitness facility floor at all times to offer assistance.

Monthly/yearly membership fee: Ranges from $15 per month for CRMC employee up to $59 per month for regular family membership. Fees reduced with six-month or yearlong contract.

Classes: Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, cardio combo, kickboxing, hardcore, cardio dance and spinning. All classes free with membership.

Culture: Personal touch and fun family environment. Focus on customer service.

Facility/equipment: FitLinxx Interactive System; 37 pieces of cardio equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, ergometer, steppers and precors; Nautilus Strength Equipment; indoor track, basketball courts and swimming pool, gymnastics center, outdoor trail, sand volleyball, whirlpool and more.

Classes: Aerobics (land and water), Pilates, yoga, LifeLine Senior Fitness, Silver Sneakers, swimming, martial arts, gymnastics and more.

Culture: Laid-back and noninvasive. Any type of fitness person will be comfortable in this facility. FitLinxx helps novices begin their workout regime. A quiet environment for those who want to unwind from their day through their workout.

Free weights (dumbbells, 2 – 150 lbs., and barbells, 25 – 115 lbs.). Nautilus Strength Equipment, Hammer Strength Equipment. Multigym (12 stack). Culture: Inviting to all levels of fitness. Offers the widest variety of cardio equipment of the three local YMCA facilities. Novice lifters are also comfortable here with the introduction and use of the FitLinxx system.

Anytime Fitness

Facility/equipment: Cardio equipment, treadmills, elliptical cross-trainers, exercise cycles, stair climbers, strength equipment. Circuit and free weights. Tanning.

Classes: Instructor-led total body, boot-camp style and Zumba classes. “Fitness on Request” allows members to access up to 30 classes 24 hours a day on a large drop-down screen in the group fitness room.

Monthly/yearly membership fee: $38.99 per month for one-year agreement. $29.99 per month for two-year agreement or for hero discount (one-year agreement for state, military, police, fire and educators).
