Facility/equipment: Cardio area with treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes and modified equipment. Free weights, weight machines, resistance tubes and bands, exercise balls and various training equipment specifically for clients in post therapy personal training. Group exercise studio, pool for aquatic therapy and water classes and more.
Classes: Included with monthly membership: total body toning, stretching, Zumba and aerobic classes. Specialty classes for an additional fee: yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Les Mills Body Pump.
